1970 Oldsmobile Custom 2 door Vista Cruiser Sport Wagon featuring a Muncie 4spd and 455-V8. This custom 1970 Olds started life as a full size 4 dr. Vista Cruiser Station Wagon with Factory A/C, power steering, power Disk front brakes and other options. With much inspiration, expense and skill this unique, custom wagon came to life. The creative, challenging fabrication has been completed, while further restoration awaits the buyer. The seller is a restoration professional and can discuss his shop completing some or all of the work required to complete this exciting, custom olds 2 door performance wagon.     *   The Frame is a 2 dr. Cutlass rolling frame 112” wheel base. Disc front brakes drums rear. Rear end is a 10 bolt “open” non positraction unit. Power steering. Power brakes.   *   The Body was converted from a 4 door to a 2 door using stock cutlass doors, hinges, windows. Roll up NON power windows.   *    The Hood is a quality, replica fiberglass 442 panel. New 442 grills and trim.   *   Roof retains the factory Vista roof windows and trim. Crack in moon window.  *  Inner and outer Quarter panels, sail panels and door posts are from the cutlass and grafted to the Visa Wagon panels. Cutlass ¼ windows and related installed. Retains stock Vista gas tank filler tube and gas door in ¼ panel. Front and rear side lights removed and filled   *   Tailgate, tail lights, and rear bumper are stock Vista components.  *  Engine: 1973 olds 455 4 BBL. Installed and running - no exhaust system.   *   Used Muncie 4 speed transmission and Hurst shifter.  *   Flywheel, pressure plate, clutch, and throw-out bearing are new. Bell housing used.*  4 factory Rally 15 inch rims. *   Front bucket Seats/springs, tracks, 4 speed console. Dash is complete. Most A/C parts are present along with condenser and radiator.Clear title and VISTA factory VIN plate match.  *    Option 1: Car sold as is condition non driver.  All parts included per parts list.  *  Option 2: Upgrade to non-road driving condition, Install exhaust system, radiator, cooling system.  Check brakes and steering   *   Option 3:  The above, with bodywork and paint, No interior work.   *  Option 4:  Finish restoration complete to customers specifications     **   Note, the seller owns and runs an automobile restoration, fabrication and mechanical shop with notable autobody and paint work, while also building unique, quality cars for clients worldwide.
